Why trust us
Prep we will not skip on your slab
No manufacturer galleries presented as our floors and no reviews yet on this site; the proof will be garages coated here, shown as owners agree.
-
Grind, never etch
Diamond grinding opens the slab for the coating; acid etching leaves it smooth and the coating peels.
-
Test for moisture
A slab reading over the system’s limit gets a vapor barrier primer or the job waits; a coating over a wet slab is a coating that lifts.
-
Price the repairs
Cracks, spalls and pitting are repaired by the foot at a number in the quote.
-
Sell kit epoxy as a system
The hardware-store product peels under a hot tire in the first summer.
-
Coat over a failing coating
The old coating comes off by grinding, or the new one fails with it.
-
Promise cars tomorrow
The coating cures on its schedule; a crew that says park on it tonight is selling the wrong product.
Middle Tennessee
Humid summers, hot tires and Nashville concrete
Middle Tennessee humidity is the reason slab moisture testing matters more here than in a dry climate. A garage slab poured without a vapor barrier — common in older Nashville homes — pushes moisture up through the concrete continuously, and any coating that seals the surface without accounting for it will eventually let go in sheets. It is entirely predictable and entirely testable beforehand.
Temperature is the other regional factor. Epoxy is sensitive to what the slab is doing while it cures, and an unconditioned Tennessee garage swings a long way between a July afternoon and a January morning. Polyaspartic has a much wider application window, which is a large part of why it has become the default here rather than simply the more expensive option.

FAQ
Garage floor coating questions, answered
How much does garage floor coating cost in Nashville?
A Nashville garage floor is priced by the square foot for the system — polyaspartic full-flake, epoxy, quartz — plus the crack and spall repair the slab needs; the grinding is included or the coating will not last, and the quote should say so.
How fast can you get someone out?
A coating in Nashville is usually scheduled within a week or two, done in a day, and walkable the next; cars go back on in a few days, and the crew tells you how many.
What areas do you cover?
Coating crews serving Nashville also work Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville — 65 towns across 12 counties.
Are you licensed and insured?
Every coating installer on our crews carries liability insurance on file with us and is trained on the system it installs, because the manufacturer’s warranty depends on it.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No — free, written, and no obligation.
What if something goes wrong afterwards?
Send the form; the workmanship is backed in writing.
Why does my garage floor produce gray dust?
Bare concrete sheds. The surface is porous and abrades under tires and foot traffic, releasing fine dust continuously — it is the concrete itself wearing, not dirt coming in. Sealing or coating stops it, which is the reason most people finally coat a garage floor after years of sweeping the same dust.
What is the difference between epoxy and polyaspartic coatings?
Epoxy is thicker, less expensive and cures slowly — usually several days before you can park on it. Polyaspartic cures in hours, so a garage can be back in use the next day, and it resists UV yellowing and hot tire pickup better. Polyaspartic costs more. Both need the same thing to succeed: proper concrete preparation.
Why do garage floor coatings peel?
Almost always inadequate surface preparation, and occasionally moisture coming up through the slab. A coating bonds to the concrete profile, so the slab has to be ground or shot-blasted, not just cleaned or acid-etched. Big-box DIY kits fail most often for this reason. Where the slab has no vapor barrier beneath it, moisture pressure can push a coating off however well it was prepared.
Can a coating be applied over a cracked or pitted floor?
Yes — cracks and spalled areas are repaired and filled as part of preparation, and the coating hides them well. What a coating cannot fix is an actively moving crack or a slab that has settled into sections, because the movement will telegraph through. Those need addressing structurally before any coating is worth applying.
How long does a garage floor coating last?
A properly prepared professional coating typically lasts ten to twenty years in residential use. The failure mode is almost never wear — it is delamination from poor preparation, which shows up in the first year or two. A floor that is still bonded after two winters of hot tires and road salt is generally going to last.
